  • Sourced from a blend of Saudi varieties such as Khlas, Berhi, Rushoodiyah, Sukkary, and others.

  • Advantage: Lower price point and steady supply (we use surplus/3rd-grade fruit optimized for processing).

  • Note: Color and sweetness can vary by batch depending on the mix of varieties and season — this is normal and expected.

  • Best for bulk food manufacturers looking for cost efficiencies.

B) Single-Variety Specification (Premium / Consistent)

  • Client-specified single variety (e.g., Khlas only, or Sukkary only).

  • Advantage: Consistent color, texture and flavor profile — ideal for private-label or premium product lines.

  • Note: Premium pricing and slightly longer lead times may apply due to sourcing constraints.
